Game Worn Philadelphia Eagles helmet worn by linebacker DeShawn Fogle.   The helmet is a Riddell VSR4 model in a size Large.  The helmet is all original and complete with no modifications or alterations of any kind.  The facemask is a Schutt RJOP-UB-DW model in carbon steel mounted with Schutt clips at the top and on the sides.  The chinstrap is a rare model - an Adams Pro 100, with the Riddell brand printing on all four traps.  Additionally, the straps are sewn at the D-rings rather than riveted as later models of this strap.  The chinstrap is secured at the top mounts with screws, and conventional buckles at the bottom mounts.  

The Eagles wing logos are in good shape, properly positioned and adhered to the helmet well with no lifting.  Game decals on the helmet include EAGLES on the rear bumper, team warning label, and the NFL shield on the rear of the helmet.  A "FOGLE" dymo tape player identifier is on the rear of the helmet as used by the Eagles equipment staff during this period.  The helmet exhibits moderate linebacker wear on both the interior and exterior.
