Arizona Cardinals Game Worn helmet from the 1994 season. The helmet was worn by Rookie sensation Anthony Redmon.
The Riddell VSR4 model helmet is all original in a very large XL size of 7 7/8 - 8 3/8. The helmet was sent to their reconditioned, rejected and not returned to the team. The crown liner was removed, the helmet marked for display only and then released.
It was signed by QB Jake Plummer before releasing.
The helmet is original as sourced, unaltered since released, and matches photos of Redmon during his rookie season. It has the original Cardinals decals on the sides, properly positioned on the helmet -
matching the positioning of Redmon's helmet, and adhered to the helmet very well with no lifting. The helmet has Redmon's Schutt NJOP-DW-XL model facemask, secured to the helmet with conventional clips at the top mounts and 1st Generation
Stabilizer clips at the side mounts of the mask. The datecode of the facemask is 1993.
The helmet has very heavy wear to the outside and inside, as expected by an NFL lineman. The helmet has the athletic tape that the Cardinals
equipment staff has used for years, as the player identifier but also with the year of the helmet and the facemask model. The helmet has Redmon's's #60 on the rear of the helmet. It does not get any better!
