Game Worn Notre Dame Athletic Helmet Inc (AHI) AiR Power model in a size medium.  The helmet has a datecode of 1988 along with a reconditioning sticker from the 1990s.  The helmet has been repainted many different times and most likely was regulated to a practice helmet in the early 90s until removed from service.  We purchased the helmet without a facemask or jawpads and it remains in the condition that it was purchased.  There are two #5 player identifiers on the inside of the helmet along with a #2 on the rear - that was probably applied for practice.  It appears that it had a nose bumper decal above the actual nose bumper of the helmet with adhesive residue remaining.  A true Irish gamer of a rare model, the same model and size as worn by Tim Brown.
