This is an example of just a great helmet with all of the features that helmet collectors are looking for.  Older AiR Power model in a the desirable LARGE size, great model 1st gen facemask, perfect display condition - not new but not beat to $#!+, and attributed to a player - with his number on the rear of the helmet.  As you probably know, the vast majority of college halmets have all player identifiers removed prior to their release to the public.  
 

Game Used Washington State Cougars Schutt AiR Power model helmet.  The large sized helmet has a date code of 1988.   Helmet shows moderate to heavy wear to the exterior and interior of the helmet.  Helmet is complete and all original and unmodified in any way.  The helmet has its original AiR Power model padding with the double air bladder, AiR style vinyl "handed" jaw pads, Schutt thin wire RJOP-DW model facemask from 1990, secured to the helmet with the original clips and hardware.  There is no chinstrap with the helmet.   There is a #55 player identifier on the rear of the helmet.  The logo decals are original, properly positioned, and adhered to the helmet with no lifting. There are three (3) missing padding blocks - in between the spokes of the air bladder.    Great original, helmet to add to your gamer collection, in a rare model, in a desirable size.    At the asking price, with the free shipping, don't wait on this one.
