Game used Riddell WD1 model helmet in a rare size XL, from the Cleveland Browns.  The helmet dated 1986, is original and complete including the WD1 cell padding, original Riddell vinyl pac style jaw pads, and Schutt 1984 OPO facemask.  The helmet has the #19 player identifier on the rear along with the Browns large warning label and Browns front nose bumper decal.  Of course, #19 was long time Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar.  Although the helmet model and facemask model align with what Kosar wore with the Browns, Kosar wore a smaller size of helmet than the XL model.  The original Browns striping is adhered well to the helmet.  The helmet shows light to moderate wear with the facemask showing moderate wear and some discoloring as is the case with white masks from 35 plus years ago.  A great helmet, signed by legend quarter back Vinny Testaverde.
