Game used, worn Atlanta Falcons Rawlings RTS "Noodle" model helmet.    Helmet has moderate wear.  The padding has become dislodged as is the case with this style of helmet.  Some of the internal padding is missing.  The helmet does come with the original jawpads and the original four point chinstrap.  The facemask is a rare model Schutt 80's NOPO.  Great rare model Falcons helmet in great display condition.
