Game Used Yale Bulldogs Riddell AF2 helmet.  The 7 1/4 sized helmet has a date code of 1985 in the helmet as well as a reconditioning sticker from 1994, the last season the helmet was used.  The helmet was in used for a full ten (10) seasons.  The 'Dogs used this logo style with the navy facemasks from 1980 through 1996 and then switched to a Y logo with white and navy trim following the '96 season.    

Helmet shows moderate to heavy wear to the exterior and interior of the helmet with scratches and deep gouges on the front and crown.   Helmet is complete and all original and unmodified in any way.  The helmet has its original Riddell early AF2 model padding, Riddell Pac style foam jaw pads, Schutt NJOP model facemask, secured to the helmet with the original Riddell clips and hardware on the front and Schutt 1993 clips and hardware at the side mounts.  The helmet does not have its original chinstrap.   There are no player identifier numbers, however there are two names marked on the inside of the helmet, what appears to be Kristynik as well as a scratched out - what appears to be Gouvia. 

There are remnants of several reconditioning stickers on the inside of the helmet under the padding.  The striping and logo decals are original, properly positioned, and adhered to the helmet with no lifting.  There is a black on clear reconditioning applied warning label on the rear of the helmet.  Great original helmet to add to your gamer collection.  At the asking price, with the free shipping, don't wait on this one.
