Game used Bill Bain helmet used for the 1984 season.  The helmet is a Riddell Pac3 model helmet.  The Schutt 80s style NJOP is original to the helmet.  It is loose from the helmet as the original clips have broken loose due to turning brittle as they all do.  The helmet has the Rams decal over the front bumper.  On the rear is the #42 tribute decal - only worn for the 1984 season in memory of teammate Kirk Collins who passed from cancer that year.
