1985-94 Game worn 49ers football helmet.   The helmet is an original game used 49ers helmet that has been signed during the era by both Steve Young and Jerry Rice.  Both signatures are in excellent condition, with minor fading and are done on the sweet spot of the helmet - on opposite sides.  The helmet itself is a Riddell WD1 model in a size 7 1/4.  It is all original with no modifications or enhancements of any kind.  The helmet has an original manufacturing datecode of 1985 and has reconditioning stickers on the interior with dates of 1993 and 1994, as well as older removed sticker remains.  There is an "85" player identifier written on both sides of the interior above each earhole.  The helmet has its original Schutt NJOP facemask with a datecode of 1990 - complete with very light if any game wear.  All four (4) clips securing the mask to the helmet are dated 1988, 1989, and (2) 1993.  Original early Riddell "foam" jawpads are present.  The helmet is in very nice display condition with light game wear - with deeper earlier gouges under the newer paint.   The logos and stripes of the helmet are in nice condition and adhered to the helmet well with no lifting.  Nice very rare signed gamer at a very low affordable price.   When you figure the price of 49ers game used helmets - together with the pricing of early Young and Rice autographs, this helmet is well worth the asking price.
