Game Used Idaho Vandals Riddell WD1 helmet.  The medium sized helmet has a date code of 1983 in the crown of the helmet as well as under the jaw pad.  The helmet had been used for several seasons.   The Vandals used this logo style with the black facemasks from 1982 through 1994 and then switched to a light metallic gold helmet following the '94 season.    

Helmet shows moderate to heavy wear to the exterior and interior of the helmet with scratches and deep gouges on the front and crown.   Helmet is complete and all original and unmodified in any way.  The helmet has its original Riddell WD1 model padding, Riddell Pac style vinyl jaw pads, Schutt ROPO model facemask, reconditioned by Maskcoaters and secured to the helmet with the original 1993 clips and hardware.  The helmet retains its original AiR low mount chinstrap with the helmet.   There are no player identifiers marked on the inside of the helmet.  There are remnants of several reconditioning stickers on the inside of the helmet under the padding.  The logo decals are original, properly positioned, and adhered to the helmet with no lifting.  There is a black on clear team applied warning label on the rear of the helmet.  Great original helmet to add to your gamer collection.  At the asking price, with the free shipping, don't wait on this one.
