1982-3 Game worn helmet of the Washington Redskins.  Riddell AF2 model helmet in a size large.  Helmet is original as we had obtained it.  The helmet has the rare one year style of Redskins logos.  The helmet has a reconditioning stamp of 1983 on the helmet interior as well as an ink stamp on the padding with the 1983 recon date.  The facemask is also dated 1983.  The facemask clips are Riddell 1980's style as used by the Redskins along with the yellow Schutt clips.  Original thick Riddell leather jawpads and original chinstrap round up very rare, very popular style of helmet.  Tough helmet to get.  Rare model, rare team, rare one year style.  You can't go wrong at the price.    Nice game used helmet ready to display, at a great price.
