Original Riddell WD1 model football helmet. The helmet is a size large with a manufacturing date code of 1982. The helmet is all complete and original with no modifications of any kind. 

The facemask is a Schutt NOPO model from the early 1980s, showing great game wear with bare metal at the corners.   The facemask is secured to the helmet using its original hardware and original Riddell clips.  The jawpads of the helmet are Riddell Pac style vinyl early 80s that were typically supplied with Riddell Pac3 and WD1 helmets.  The chinstrap is also an early 1980s model Riddell low mount.  

The exterior of the helmet has moderate wear with scratches, scuffs, and small paint transfers.  The interior is in good condition, complete with the WD1 padding and early WD1 front pad.   The striping and logo decals are in excellent condition, properly positioned, and adhered well to the helmet with no lifting.  There is an All American reconditioning sticker near the right earhole of the helmet for the 1984 season. Great original helmet of "America's Team, in excellet game used condition, ready for display.
