Game Used San Francisco 49ers helmet from 1978.  The helmet is a rare Rawlings HND-9 model with no player identifiers.  It has an original date code of 1978 along with a reconditioning sticker from 1979 inside of the helmet.  The helmet is a size 7 3/8 - 7 1/2.  Helmet is all original and complete with the Rawlings HND leather padding, Schutt 70s style XL-OPO Green Dot, and Rawlings single strap chinstrap.   The logos and striping are original to the helmet and adherred well with no lifting.   The helmet shows very light wear.  An excellent, rare, model helmet at a great price.
