Game used Cincinnati Bengals Riddell Kra-Lite TK suspension helmet.  The helmet is from 1971 and shows light wear on the exterior and light to moderate use on the interior of the helmet.  The helmet is complete except for the chinstrap, with the original suspension, original leather jawpads, and the original Riddell BD9 model two bar facemask.   No player identifiers are marked on the inside of the helmet.
