Offered is a Riddell TK model Browns suspension helmet from 1970.  The Browns wore this style helmet with both Dungard and Schutt brand masks during this period.  The helmet is original, complete except chinstrap, and is unmodified since we received it.  The helmet has a Riddell plastic 2-bar BD9 model facemask, secured to the helmet with its original mounting hardware.  The date on the mask is 1974, aligned with the last year that the browns wore gray masks prior to switching to white in 1975.  The helmet has a worn suspension along with the original leather jaw pads.  A very nice helmet with light to moderate exterior wear as well as well worn interior wear indicating multiple season usage.  No player identifiers remain on the inside of the helmet.  Ready to display and priced to sell.
