Game used Norfolk Neptunes helmet from 1969.  The helmet is a Riddell RK suspension model.  The helmet is complete and all original has not been altered in any way.  The helmet has the suspension, leather jawpads, original Riddell chinstrap, and original logos and striping.  The logos and striping are adhered to the helmet with no lifting.  The helmet is all original and remains in excellent condition with moderate to heavy wear to the exterior and interior.  It was sourced along with other items and helmets from the estate of the long time Neptunes equipment manager.  It would very well be the centerpiece of any Continental Football League fan or helmet collectors collection.
