Game used Norfolk Neptunes helmet from 1963.  The helmet is a Riddell TK5 suspension model with the 6-point suspension.    The helmet is complete and all original and has not been altered in any way.  The helmet has the suspension, leather jawpads, original chinstrap, and original logos and striping.  The logos and striping are adhered to the helmet with no lifting.  The helmet is all original and remains in great condition with moderate to heavy wear to the exterior and interior.  The helmet's rubber crown pad ("doughnut pad") is warped as most of them have - as shown in the photos.  We kept it with the helmet - however the new owner may choose to remove it or replace it with one that is less warped.  The helmet has #11 player identifiers that are scribbled out in the crown of the helmet.  It was sourced along with other items and helmets from the estate of the long time Neptunes equipment manager.  It would very well be the centerpiece of any Continental Football League fan or helmet collectors collection.
