Game used Washington Redskins football helmet shell. The shell was originally manufactured in 2017 and was reconditioned for the 2018 season. The helmet is an AiR XP Pro Q10 model in an XL size.
The helmet shell is painted with the famous Redskins metallic cardinal. The shell retains its white and clear side stripes and original side logos. The metallic gb gold center stripe has been removed from the helmet. It also retains the team warning label, American Flag, and NFL shield. The QB communicator sticker was removed with the center stripe. The inside of the helmet has the velcro patches to secure the padding along with additional velcro to secure the communicator speakers that would blast into Sanchez's ears. Additionally there are warning labels, a reconditioning label, written reconditioning notes, and Sanchez's #6 Redskins player identifier. All four of the 1/4 turn facemask mounting nuts remain with the helmet.
A great start to a game used helmet and a fun project to take on if you are a Redskins fan, helmet collector, or Mark Sanchez. Or, display it like it is. Either way, a tough "helmet" to obtain from a team/player that is very popular - both with fans as well as helmet collectors.
