Extremely rare game used helmet attributed to starting quarterback and Jaguar star Blake Bortels.  The helmet was worn during the 2015 and then reconditioned and worn for the 2016 season.  Bortels enjoyed his two (2) best seasons in the NFL while wearing this helmet.  The Riddell Speed model sized large helmet was sourced directly from the team and comes with a COA signed by both the General Manager as well as the Jaguar’s Equipment Manager.   It doesn’t get any better than that.

This style of helmet with the two-tone paint is extremely rare.  The half/half Jaguars helmets were all repainted after the Jaguars stopped using them following the 2017 season.  Very few were released by the team.  We have only seen a small handful of other two-tone helmets like this that were attributed to a player that were actually team used.   The helmet is complete with the Riddell Speed padding, original mask, original quick release facemask hardware, and the original chinstrap as worn by Bortels.

The helmet is all original and unaltered in any way from when it left the field.  The helmet exhibits light quarterback wear to both the exterior and interior.  The logos are original to the helmet, properly positiond, and adhered well with no lifting and virtually no damage.  Game decals include the 3D “JAGS” bumper decal on the front while the rear of the helmet includes the following decals:  American Flag, NFL shield, team warning label, Jaguars bumper decal, green NFL communication decal, and Bortel’s #5 player identifier.  The inside of the helmet has a reconditioning sticker, and several velcro patches for the quarterback communication speaker.   A tough rare helmet to find, sourced straight from the team, of their star quarterback.  Go on a search and then come back.  Hopefully the helmet is still here for you.
