Original Ravens Riddell Revolution model helmet.   The helmet is original, complete, and unaltered or modified in any way.   The Revolution helmet had about run its course by 2014 after being introduced in 2002 by Riddell to "significantly reduce concussions".  Additionally, Riddell wanted a unique facemask with a different mounting system as Schutt's Super Pro facemask line was the preferred facemask in the NFL and College football with the vast majority of Riddell helmets sporting a Schutt facemask.   By 2014, Schutt had introduced market share stealing helmets with their XP and Vengeance lines and Riddell was busy with their new Speed line - futher improving on the slight changes and improvements that the Revolution brought to the market.  

The helmet is complete with the Revolution interior padding, jaw pads, and unique Revolution facemask.   The mask, similar in style to the Schutt ROPO-DW model is secured to the helmet with the original clips and hardware, with reolution style clips securing the mask at the side mounts.  The logo decals and striping is original to the helmet, properly positioned, and adhered well with no lifting.  Game decals include the yellow on clear warning label, RAVENS rear bumper decal, American Flag, NFL Heads Up decal,and the NFL shield.   The front of the helmet has the 3D rubber RAVENS bumper, as worn by the team during this period.  There is a #65 player identifiers on the rear of the helmet as well as on the helmet inside as shown in the photos below.   The original Riddell hard cup chinstrap remains with the helmet, secured to the top mounts with screws and conventional buckles at the low mounts.  The chinstrap does not have the Riddell name on the cup to conform with NFL uniform is guidelines. Great original gamer of a style that is getting difficult at best to find.   Grab this one while you can.
