Game Worn Used Tennessee Titans Riddell VSR4 model helmet.  The helmet is original and complete with the exception of the chinstrap - common for NFL recycled helmets used for multiple seasons.  The helmet was issued to Zach Clayton in 2011 but since it was manufactured in 2009, along with a 2009 mask, it as most likely used in both prior seasons.  there were no #69 rostered players in 2009 or 2010.
 

The helmet is a massive XL size and is signed by Titans quarterbacks at the time (2011) - Matt Hasselbeck and Jake Locker.   The helmet shows light wear to the exterior and interior of the helmet.    The Titans logos and striping is original, properly positioned, and adhered to the helmet with no lifting .   The Schutt RJOPO-XL mask is original to the helmet and is secured with the original clips and hardware.  Shockblockers clips secure the facemask to the helmet at the sides - as used by the Titans during this time.   Great helmet, signed by a pair of decent quarterbacks, ready for display.
