The helmet has the velcro patches on the interior for the communication speakers. It also has the clear vinyl over the center ridge exterior air valve covers as seen on Young's game helmets.

The helmet is in excellent display condition exhibiting light wear on the exterior. The helmet is complete with all interior padding, Adams hard cup chinstrap, jaw pads, and Schutt ROPO-SW style mask as used by Young. The mask is secured to the helmet using conventional clips at the top mounts and navy blue shockblocker clips at the side mounts.

The helmet has all of the game decals as used by the Titans including the green quarterback communication sticker on the rear center ridge. A great helmet from a very desirable team, from an NFL star quarterback in college as well as a nice career in the NFL. The helmet comes straight from the player with great provenance.
