Game Used Los Angeles Rams Marc Bulger helmet.   This is the second Bulger helmet that we have offered, the first being an almost identical helmet from the 2004 season sold years ago.  The Riddell VSR4 model helmet in a size large, has an original date code in the interior of the helmet from 2005, however the helmet was reconditioned for the 2006 season and was worn that year as well.  The helmet is original and complete as sourced.  The helmet comes with all VSR4 interior padding, all team issued decals, and an Adams Pro 100 hard cup chinstrap as worn by Bulger.  The chinstrap has had the Adams names removed from the straps and replaced with screened on Riddell markings in navy blue as worn by the Rams during this era.  chinstrap looks unused and seems to have replaced the chinstrap used by Bulger based on the clip position on the straps compared to the position on Bulgers chinstrap.  The helmet has the original  Schutt ROPO-SW style facemask as used by Bulger.  The mask is secured to the helmet using conventional clips at the front and 2nd generation Stabilizer clips at the helmet sides.  The helmet retains its original hardware.  

The logos of the helmet are original, properly positioned, and adherred to the helmet with no lifting.  The horn logo decals have transitioned to a greenish hue - as all Rams game helmets have from this era.  The logos have also been cut by the Rams equipment staff to facilitate ease of applying them without removing the facemask and hardware from the helmet.  The front of each horn is cut to apply around the front nose bumper.  Likewise, the curled end of each horn is cut off of the logo and applied seperately to each side of the helmet above the facemask side mounting Stabilizer clip.  

The Rams applied a navy 1” center stripe over the padding valves of all of their Riddell helmets and this one is no exception.   The helmet also comes with the "BULGER" dymo identifier on the inside left of the helmet as placed by the Rams equipment staff.  There is a clear vinyl strip placed over the identifier as shown in the photo below.  Bulger has signed the left side horn logo of the helmet.
