Game used, worn Oregon State Riddell VSR4 model helmet.    Helmet has an internal date code of  2004, and exhibits light wear on the interior and exterior of the helmet, with minor paint transfers and scuffs.   The helmet, in a size large is original, complete, and unmodified.  The logos and decals are original, properly positioned on the helmet, and adhered with no lifting.  Game decals include the white on clear warning label, American Flag, and Pac10 decal on the rear, with OSU over the front nose bumper.  A #60 player identifier numbers are on the rear of the helmet.  The facemask is a 2006 Schutt RJOP-UB-DW, secured to the helmet with the original clips and hardware.  The original Adams chinstrap is included with the helmet.  A fantastic Oregon State helmet in great display condition.
