Arizona Cardinals Game Worn/Team Issued helmet from the 2003 season.  We believe the helmet to be a camp/preseason helmet as there was no regular season rostered #78 for the 2003 season.  

The Riddell VSR4 model helmet is all original in a size large.  The helmet has a team applied #78 player identifier on the rear of the helmet, issued to a preseason player, and there is a team applied "label" with the #78, the model/size of the helmet, and the model of facemask and chinstrap - on the inside of the helmet as in Cardinals game helmets. 

The helmet is original as sourced, unaltered, and matches examples of Cardinals game used helmets.   The helmet is complete with all interior VSR4 padding as well as the original Riddell high mount, soft cup chinstrap.  It has the original Cardinals decals on the sides, properly positioned on the helmet and adhered to the helmet very well with no lifting.  The helmet has all game decals used by the team, including the NFL Shield, American Flag, team applied warning label, and CARDINALS rear bumper.   The helmet has Schutt lightweight Titanium T-RJOP-UB-DW model facemask, secured to the helmet with conventional clips at the top and side mounts. 

The helmet has light to moderate wear to the outside and inside, and is in perfect display condition.  Great game used Cardinals helmet with the classic logos, attributed to a player and all complete.  It does not get any better!
