Game used Chargers helmet attributed to #27 Tay Cody  Riddell VSR4 model in a size medium.  Helmet is complete with Riddell EGOP model facemask, Riddell stamped Adams Pro 100 chinstrap, white facemask shockblockers and all game decals.  The helmet has Cody's #27 on both the rear of the helmet as well as the small identifier on the chinstrap as applied by the Chargers equipment staff.  A great complete helmet of a team style that is getting harder and harder to find.
