Game Worn NC State Schutt AiR Power model helmet in a very desirable size large.  The helmet was originally manufactured in 2000, issued to linebacker #33 Chip Thomas and worn through Thomas' senior season in 2003.  The helmet was then signed by star quarterback Philip Rivers, and released.  The AiR Power model was the original BIKE helmet, introduced in 1977.  It was very popular in College Football as well as the NFL for more than two decades.  Many Hall of Fame players wore this model of helmet.  Today, they are highly popular and sought after by helmet collectors.  

The helmet is original as sourced to us and is complete except for the chinstrap.   The helmet shows moderate to heavy wear to the exterior and the interior of the helmet, with gouges under the paint from previous seasons.   A well-worn 2003 Schutt T-ROPO-DW mask is secured to the helmet with its original clips and hardware.  The helmet has a 2003 reconditioning sticker on the interior along with a #33 player identifier decal.  

A nice game used helmet, original, complete, and ready to display, of a rare model, signed by a Hall of Famer, at a great price.
