Detroit Lions Wilson F2101 Isosorb model helmet.  The helmet is all original and complete with a datecode on the rear of the helmet from 1977.  The helmet has original factory applied striping and logo decals on the sides with the interior padding rivet installed directly through each of the side logos.  The helmet has very light wear to the outside and is very nice on the inside, leading us to believe that it is team issued and rarely saw game action.  Helmet has the very rare original Isosorb jaw pads as well as the original Rawlings chinstrap.  The helmet is a very desirable size 7 3/8 - 7 1/2 as shown on the original stamping on the helmet rear.  No player identifiers on inside or on the exterior rear.  Just a very rare model in excellent condition ready to go on your shelf to show your friends.  You've see repainted High School F2101 helmets - customized to represent an NFL helmet sell for much more on eBay.  When have you ever seen an original one of an NFL team, straight from the Wilson factory?  It does not get any better!
