Game Worn and team issued Tampa Bay Buccaneers helmet.  The Schutt Pro AiR II helmet was sourced from a private party that obtained the helmet with other Johnson game worn helmets and items from an abandoned storage locker.  The Pro AiR II model helmet in a size medium is painted in the Tampa Pewter color.  The helmet has a Schutt ROPO-SW model facemask as preferred by Keyshawn Johnson while playing for the Jets, Buccaneers, and Cowboys.  The mask is secured to the helmet using conventional clips at the top mounts and stabilizer clips at the sides.  The clips and hardware are original to the helmet.  The screws securing the mask are Riddell, black in color, as used by the Buccaneers during this period. 

The chinstrap is an Adams Pro 100 model in the high mount style as used by Johnson.  The Adams names were removed per NFL uniform guidelines.  Likewise, the helmet itself has had the Schutt brand names removed from both the front and rear bumpers per those uniform guidelines.    

The helmet is all original and has not been altered or modified.  The helmet contains all of the original padding, as well as the Schutt vinyl jawpads.   The helmet has all of the attributes of a Keyshawn Johnson issued, game helmet.  Very few Buccaneers wore Schutt helmets during this period and Johnson was the only player to wear the Pro AiR II with the ROPO-SW model mask.  The helmet exhibits very light wear.  We have been unsuccessful in finding any photo matches of this helmet - worn by Johnson during a game - due to the light wear an lack of identifiable marks.  Was it a Johnson gamer?  We are not certain, however it was owned by Johnson, came from the Buccaneers, and has all of the attributes of the model and style that Johnson used.  It is priced accordingly.  

The helmet logo decals are proper and original to the helmet.  They are positioned properly and adhered to the exterior of the helmet well, with no lifting.  A very rare helmet, tough to find anywhere, in a rare very desirable model, with a rare original mask and hardware, ready to display and become the centerpiece for your collection.
